Perl Scripts |

These CGI scripts have been written in Perl and will function on any server
with an installed Perl interpreter. These were all developed and tested on
a Unix platform but should work with little or no modification on Windows,
Mac, or Linux servers.
QView 1.0 - Online Text File Viewer
This script can be used to format and display any text file on your site. I use it
on this site to display the readme files and setup files for the scripts I offer.
Use it anywhere you have non-HTML formatted text files that you want to make
available to your visitors. You can set the font, text color, and background
color. Will even display HTML code!
TestMail 2.0 - SendMail Program Finder
Use this script to locate the sendmail program on your server and test it by
sending an email to yourself. I imagine this will be most useful for web designers
who set up multiple websites, but it can save a lot of time searching through support
documents and contacting your server administrator.
SimpleMail 1.0 - Simple Form-to-email Script
Simple to set up, simple to use. Can be configured for use with any existing form.
QGallery 1.2 - Gallery Manager
Developed to address the problem of setting up a "gallery" page where a series
of thumbnail images are displayed with the instruction to "click on an image for a larger
version". This script will do all of the repetitive, time-consuming drudgery of
creating the JavaScript function, setting each of the links, assembling each
page for the larger images, and more.
QNews 1.0 - News Page Manager
QNews allows you to maintain the "What's New" section or "News" page
on your website through a web interface without knowing any HTML or
having FTP access.
QAlbum 1.1 - Photo Album Manager
Make multiple photo albums available to your friends with a one-step process.
